Where to find a t3 flanged manifold for a 13b?

im currently looking at boosting my 13b until i can get the 20b here.

i have a bunch of turbo stuff left over from a build including a custom built garrett turbo. i kinda wanna run this on the 13b and see how it does.

does anyone know of a manifold that is t3 flagned along with a 44mm v-band wastegate flange? if not i guess i'll just make my own but i was kind of hoping to find oone already built to save some time

TIA

If you can't find a t3 flanged manifold, I know there are companies that make t3 to t4 adapters. check ebay.
