if you are not going to be doing it yourself, then money is the only thing you need to worry about. lots of it.

if you [I]are[I] going to be building it yourself then here's a few more things on the list:

radiator
intercooler
bov
charge piping
lines and fittings
fuel pump
standalone ecu
free flowing exhaust
gauges

those are all the big things assuming you dont start doing port jobs/interior engine work.

just off the top of my head you'll need:

a single turbo manifold
manifold gasket (might as well)
a turbo
turbo oil return flange for turbo
fitting for oil return flange for braided hose
oil return line (braided -10an)
oil inlet line (braided forget the -an number here, sorry either -4 or -6 can't remember)
oil inlet line gaskets and washers for block mounting (maybe even a -10an fitting to oil pipe)
oil inlet line fitting for turbo
down pipe
external wastegate
standalone ecu
bigger secondaries (could change all fuel components but this is base build)
intercooler
intercooler piping
external blow-off valve
boost gauge
fuel pump (255 or supra)
air filter for turbo
greddy elbow (may as well)
while it's all off and getting ready to be put in you'll want to remove the rats nest and solenoids - repair any damages (hoses, clips, etc..) you come across.

finally you'll need a tune

in short, money and patience.

thank you. already have some of these. i wouldn't need a water temp gauge, as im always looking at the pfc.

ic
radiator,
computer
fuel pump,
full exhaust.

just curious how much money are we talking, and no i wouldn't do it myself.

if some one has an estimate.. i know it varies because turbos pricing and such. how much did you pay from twins going single?

seriously be looking at 10K + if you are useing brand name stuff, your normal installer is not willing to deal with piecemieling things together, so be prepared and bring your own KY/astroglide if you do the work yourself you can save a considerable amount by piecing the system together, but it takes time and effort for that

sorry for spelling, I am 3 tall boys in on Asahi today Yay!!
