Whats better K&N or Greddy Air Intake???

I have a T78 turbo kit on my FD. I was looking into installing a K&N air filter instead of the Greddy Air Intake, I really dont like the Greddy one because it is plastic housing and the K&N looks beefier but which would flow better/??

Don't get the greddy. I had it and one of those little plastic fingers on the inside broke off and ruined the compressor wheel of my turbo. Go with the K&N for sure.

Personally I'm a fan of the HKS ones, but as far as which one flows better I haven't ever seen an actual head to head "flow test" comparison.

Amsoil for me. Excellent filtration, great flow, and, most importantly, doesn't limp dick around like a K&N when it gets hot and potentially jeopardize your compressor wheel.
