First off what mods are you already running?? The T04E is a nice street quick spooling single.

A T04E 57-trim or 60-trim should provide really quick spoolup and should be good for near 350rwhp. Look at the XS kits or the HKS kits for the T04E setups...

A T04S should also provide moderately quick spoolup on a 13brew and be good for near 400rwhp on stock ports. XS and HKS have kits...

The Apexi Rx6 is a really nice ball-bearing turbo. It should spool nearly as quick as your twins, and I believe quicker than the T04E setups. The turbo is good for near 380rwhp, and comes only in the Apexi kit.

You can always put your own setup together, but if you don't understand much, it would be better to get the kits.

A to4s should be a good turbo to start off with.

Only near? I've always taken it that t04s's are good for 425-450rwhp? Good info to know before I buy my turbo

The Apex'i RX-6 kit, the A-Spec GT35R kit, an XS or HKS T04E kit, or an XS or HKS T04S kit would be great for a starter kit. You will get varying spool up times and horsepower levels with those 4 kits, but all are quick spooling and very streetable. Plus they are all capable of making plenty of power. Like someone else mentioned though, what mods are already done to the car? Remember, it's not as easy as just buying a single and bolting it up. There are several other supporting mods that you will need. Just a friendly reminder.

Depends on how much boost and whether the motor is ported or not. At the same levels of boost, an FD motor will get more hp out of the turbo due to it's ports (size and shape). Also, since there is such a variance of people using the 60-1 (T04S) with different results, I'd rather stick to the more conservative side when speaking of power output, rather than say it will make this amount of power when only a few out of many have done that much.
