What spring to use in the Tial Q bov?

What spring to use in the Tial Q bov?
I recently purchased a Tial Q bov with their black spring and it opens at idle and kills the engine.
I just got done talking to jake from Tial and he recomends the white spring, but I'm thinking it may still be to weak
What are your experiences with this bov?
