What size wastegate

I can't decide on What gate to get so maybe you all can help me. Turbo is the one below except I have the older non bb one. I also have the rx7store.net manifold.

I'm looking at a very small compact TIAL vband 38mm wastegate. Max boost I want is 1 bar and going conservative and I think I should be around 330 whp, I don't want a lot. Will this do it for me? Thanks.

TURBONETICS 66mm T4 Turbo 700HP, T66 Turbo- TREADSTONE PERFORMANCE
I'd run a 44mm.

If you are gonna be staying under 15psi like that, then I would either get a bigger wg than that 38mm or get a dual wg manifold and run two of those TiAL's, they are nice but you might get boost creep only running one small one at such low psi

That would work better, a long as your manifold will flow that much, but it also helps if your manifold is built for flow to the wg rather than just pressure
