what injectors for 400 max hp.

Okay, Im planning on running 15 psi 250-300 on 93 on the street and 20 psi 350-375 on 100 on the track

91 jspec TII in a 82 S
bnr stage 3 turbo
3 in 3 muffler exhaust.
im thinking a walbro pump if I can run it externally.

what injectors should i run for 400 max hp

i was thinking gsl se primarys, I can get them at my school actually
and 1200 or 1300 secondarys.

what do you think?

350 - 375rwhp - You should be able to get away with 1300's, no problem. I assume the primaries are 550cc?

1300 seem alot more expensive than 1600s and there seem to be more 1600 rails available.

is there any advantage to using 1300. better responce maybe.

I would use a total of 4300 cc/min... so 2x1600 and 2x550 would work assuming that you are talking 400 RWHP max.

wont the car stumble, going from a 550 to a 1600. seams like a big jump in fuel.

also, will the gsl se injectors work or would I need a different rail. There $20 for them with low use, just been sitting at my school. seems like a good upgrade.

You will need a new rail for the 1600 secondaries and a new fuel pressure regulator since the factory FPR is on the end of the rail (Pretty sure this is true for a 91 jspec).

The injectors definitely might stumble, but I'm assuming that you will be using some kinda fancy aftermarket ECU setup that lets you tune stuff. I am using a PowerFC on my 1993, and once I tuned it up correctly and adjusted the fuel pressure and stuff, it does not stumble one bit. It drives just as smoothly as my Acura. But on initial install, it DID stumble quite annoyingly at part throttle.

I am not 100% sure if GSL SE injectors will drop in to the primary rail. I think they will but I am NOT SURE.

The GSL-SE injectors are 680cc's and will drop right in(top feed). Problem is if you are running a S5 ecu then you need high impedence injectors and the GSL-SE's are low. You can put resistors in to fix that though. Not sure what to do when running an aftemarket EMS though(which I am certainly hoping so).
