my friend is selling me a turbo, the guy he bought it from said it was a 60-1

(it says ht18s2s but is engraved)
after looking it up i found it was a s4 turbo (twin scroll)

well my friend has an s4 turbo and it looks alot different, coldside housing is bigger than his, its actually bigger than the hotside.

also on the back of the coldside it says Rotomaster 104247
on the front it says ht18s2s, but it isnt on there like my friends s4, its like graved in, and it also says a/r .60,


what is it exactly?
