What exhaust pipes diameter I shall choose?

Hi!
I have 13B-re T61 turbo setup in JC Cosmo.
I made custom 4'' DP 5 years ago. And had stopped the project.
I try to continue now. Many things is done.
I shall to choose an exhaust system.
There are 3 pics (sorry for paint
It is mostly race car for weekend circuit track.
Witch pattern is best to choose for 500+ HP 19 psi of boost?
Thank you!

Simplicity... go with option #2.

I would use all the space you have. Something like 3.5" / 90mm from the turbo back, and then Y off into twin 2.5 back sections with large body 10" x 7" x 20" straight through mufflers if you can get something that large.

Anyone can make power, takes a smart design to make 500HP with no noise

I would also consider putting extra mufflers under the center of the car

If it's literally driven to and from a race track only, go with option 2. If it's driven on the street, go with option #3. I've got a couple reasons for this:

1) It's a Cosmo. It came with dual exit exhaust.

2) This is the basic configuration of the FC exhaust, and there are plenty of high horsepower FC's out there with dual exit exhaust.

I agree with Arghx, I'd personally go with the single in most cases though. It will be louder but yield a bit more power. It's subjective I suppose.

#2 is also cheaper so you really win no matter what. Duals do look better on some cars but if it's just aesthetics it doesn't score high with me.

I agree with the above, but a 3.5" down to dual 2.5 - 2.75" should be quieter, and if your bumper has cut-outs for dual exhaust a single will look stupid. my 2c.
