What do u guys think about this setup?!?

Ok im almost done with my single conversion. I have a gt35/40 and all i have left is an ic setup. I plan on only running 12 pds for the summer until i get the turbo rebuilt to run higher boost. Im thinking of just getting a greddy smic with this application. Im not really going to all out race the car..mostly a night cruiser, of course get on it here and there. So bascailly my question is. Will i be ok to run a greddy smic with the ducting etc on low boost with a 35/40. I know smic get heat soaked faster, but also have there benefits over fmic's. You guys think ill be ok?!?

I have been running a SMIC for years with no problems. I've used my car for street driving, drag racing and road racing. I think a SMIC will work fine for your needs.

You should be fine at those boost levels with the SMIC .But have you thought about a V-mount IC ?
