WHat do I need to do to turbo an 87 GXL
I have a GXL that I want to turbo. I know I need the exhaust manifold, turbo, ic, ECU, and wireing harness. What else is needed???. I have heard since I have and 87 that I will need to rewire all my guages also. Is this true??? How long will the N/A trans and rear dif last if I use it. How much boost will I be limited to with the mods already done to my car??? Any other insights will be nice Thanks for the help Dave

you will need the following parts : a Turbo II
seriously. unless you have a complete running TII that is for some reason undriveable and have a dead NA to put it all in, there isnt much point in doing the conversion.
