T 60-1 Hifi

Anybody know about this turbo? The compressor map looks like it flows ok. I am planning to use it with a .96 AR for my non ported motor.
Thanks

I second that!

I know that a friend of mine made 425rwhp on around 15-16 psi of boost on his ported TII with a 60-1 hifi. BDC where you at.

Isn't the Hifi smaller than the normal T-netics 60-1?

well, it IS smaller than the 60-1, but not by much. Apparently, the Hi-Fi model (which I just installed) will flow 95% of the 60-1. I doubt that most of us would even notice.

A friend of mine has the 60-1 with the T04 .96 AR and that setup is pretty awesome. He got 410 RWHP at 18psi on the dyno. His motor is ported with 3mm apex seals, extra dowel pins, etc. Currently the boost is being controlled by a homemade boost controller (Grainger adjustable pressure relief valve) set to 15 psi. I'm thinking about getting the same setup for a 1st gen GSL. It spools really quick with hardly any lag. Simply, it's awesome!! Try it, you will not be disappointed.
