What causes Massive hesitation at part throttle in boost?

Doubt it is any issue with the premix, though you are running considerably more then is necessary. Sounds like staging issues to me. Too much oil you would notice in more then just part throttle boost.

I plan on changing my plugs and using less premix. Would .5 oz /gal be enough? What do you recomend?

Yeah half an ounce per gallon is about where you should be.

I have the same problem and the same ecu!
Hopefully my upgrade to the s2r will fix it.
