What boost can i run?
Ok i am about to go single and am wondering how much boost i can run my motor on with this setup. Btw its a weekend driver 100miles per weekend.
3mm Apex seals
GReddy 3 row FMIC
comp fuel pump
850pri- 1600sec
GT40R turbo
3" exhaust
Power Fc commander + datalogit
3 bar map sensor
50mm wastegate.
Race gas (BP 100)

IMO you should be safe tuning for around 20 psi or slightly more with those mods. Honestly I would call Sean or Steve and A-Spec and ask them since it is their turbo kit though.

porting won't affect the boost you can run, i don't think.
so are you always going to have 100 octane in it? i would just get it tuned to whatever power/boost level you can attain at that fuel level. probably ~1.5bar, like others have said.
i think the easiest way would be just to put it on a dyno and slowly up the boost until you are happy with the power or until the intake temps get too high.

Like the others said, hard to say, but depends mainly on your tuning. Assuming the tuning is done extremely well, 20 psi for sure, and up to 25 psi shouldn't be a problem. Going higher though is probably risky.
