went single now won't start

went single now won't start

this has been an ongoing project and finally after 3years able to get it back together have a new power fc no data logic when cranking i have no spark and floods out plugs. i plug original ecm in and i get spark any suggestions would be appreciated thanks in advance
apexi rx6 turbo
greddy front mount
id 2000 secondarys
factory primaries
coils relocated under power steering
supra pump and relay rewire

figured it out the crank sensor connectors were in wrong order

They're down above the main pulley off the front cover. White plug goes to the left as you look down into the engine bay, grey plug on the right
