weldon fuel pressure regulator

Ok heres the problem ,,i am getting no fuel in my return line and the regulator is brand new ,its hooked up properly,the regulator is the last thing the fuel sees before it is sent back to my fuel cell,i have my regulator set at 38., tried different settings but still no fuel returning to my fuel cell.What do you think i can check

Is it the 2040? Are you sure the pump is pumping? I know it sounds like a dumb question but like you already know if there is no fuel pressure then there is no fuel......to a certain extent i guess.

Do you have the guage in the right port? Does the guage work? Are you getting anything at all? Is the cell vented? I'm not an expert but i've done my fair share of fuel systems and i just got done changing my whole system over to Weldon. I've got the 2040 regulator on mine and everything is fine.

its ok now

just opened the regulator this morning,cleaned it out and put it back up and bingo,it started to work ,Thanks
