Thans for the host!

The car is actually with me here in STL, but I plan on taking it back to MD for some events this year.. I'm from Frederick, so not too far from everybody.

Sounds nice, almost sounds like a bridgeport though. I can't wait to see what you do on the dyno. Please make sure you keep us posted!!

Zach,

Yeah it lopes pretty good.. One reason is there was a big leak in the V-Band clamp. Also, this is initial fire up, so I'd imagine when I give the PFC a few minutes to adjust, it'll smooth out a bit. Port is pretty big, but nothing really spectacular! As soon as I finish working out all the bugs and get it a *little* broken in... I'll try to get it on the dyno.

Nice Justin!! Glad to hear that bad boy running! Does the smoke and roughness( not the lope) have anything to do with your injector wiring issues?( or was this after you fixed it, if you have yet.) I remember you said something about fuel mist coming from the V-band area. Nonetheless,... Awsome. Thats where i plan to be sometime after taxes this year.! ( Hopefully )

Thanks!!

Well, the smoke issues have been resolved.. It was a mixture of gas, vasoline (Fresh motor) and oil (to build compression) but it's good now. I still have a problem with the injectors though... I'm afraid to say that after ohming out the whole wiring harness, the problem may be the PFC. I'm not sure what to hope for though.. Part of me hopes it is the PFC so that I at least know what it is... But part of me knows I can't afford another one!

I got a good one at ATPTURBO.com Like 15 bucks or so.. Exsisting flanges should be fine.

I was wondering if the PFC might be the culprit. I've seen a few that were shorted I believe. I know they like to be grounded otherwise you'lll have issues. I am junking mine for a Haltech unit before I run again... Also i was thinking later last night that the video was of the new engine and remembered when i started our FC's new engine.(Looked like a mosquito fogger!!)Went away after a while.

Just had a thought.....I believe we have almost the exact same set-up for the ECU.( I didn't have a port) If it is the ECU and Noone will replace it for you,...Maybe you want to try mine. If there is noone closer.( As long as you don't FRY mine too, haha!!)
