Vband Exhaust Flange

Lets say there are two types of Vbands...

One where the mating surface on the turbo is flat, the downpipe part is flat...

And the other one... the turbo vband side is rounded, concaved. and the downpipe part is a much thinner piece...

basically...

turbo =| |= downpipe

vs...

turbo =) )= downpipe

now... who sells that downpipe flange pieces...

still not sure what i mean?

look closely at the flanged... rounded off, not flat

So, where will i go about buying a flange like that on the downpipe side? What type of Band to use?

maybe you could give a picture of the turbo that this type of flange goes to? reason i ask is iv seen 2 different types of flanges. the machined versions and the pressed versions which is what that top pipe in your picture has on it. its basicly another tube pressed into the flange that slides over your piping. im tring to find the place i bought mine at for ya but i cant really remember right now once i find it ill post it for you. id give you pics of mine but im out of town for another week and a half right now. and they both use the same type of "clamp" though.
hope that helps
