Ok I am really starting to get pissed. Posted a thread a few days ago about overboosting to about 18 psi, messed with the duty cycle and got it to a steady 15 psi, and now I can't get the boost up to 15 psi. It makes not sense. It was only boosting to about 11, then I messed with some more stuff on the AVC-R and got it up to 12.75 psi, but can't get it anyhigher.

By the way, I get 12.75 psi with the avc-r set for 16 psi at 90% solenoid duty. What is going on here?

 

is the suty cycle 90% across the board? it has a few features that control boost as well.

 

Yea guys, I am a complete dumbass for posting this thread without thorough investigation of the problem.

It ends up the silicone hose going to the wastegate got a hole in it from hitting the exhaust housing of the turbo. I fixed it and it works perfect.
