93 FD runs bad after clutch change

Aloha, I recently did a clutch change on my rx7, it ran perfectly fine before I pulled the motor to change the clutch, It runs as if a sensor is not plugged in. If I blip the throttle quickly it hiccups/hesitates to rev up, It revs up only if i move the throttle slow. But once the secondary throttle plate opens up it sputters and wants to die around mid range rpm ~2-4k rpms. If I take it for a drive it has a hard time pulling out and when I WOT, Black smoke comes out my exhaust underboost. I've checked for NOID on my injectors, swaped the connectors around, I've checked my PFC if any sensors are not working and they all show sign operation, (there's no knock sensor signal, bad??). My engine is close to stock, street port, non sequential Twin turbos, PFC, ACT 6puck clutch and lightened flywheel. I'm leaning on a bad MAP sensor or TPS sensor. I don't know the OHM specs for either. Any lead is good..

Sounds like an ignition issue to me

Is there a reason why you removed the whole engine to change the clutch?
