Twin Intercoolers?

Ok,
just about got all the stuff to turbo my 12a....

Now I know the motor is realatively small... but I plan to build it with all race parts to allow for higher sustained RPMs.

I don't have the low compression rotors, so I'm wondering if I do go with a large turbo, would having two intercoolers make much of a difference?

I'm just wondering because I happen to have two intercoolers...

Would this really make a big difference in cooling the intake charge? ANd would it allow me to run higher boost pressure with less fear of detonation?

Thanks for your opions

In series, it seems like a bad idea because it would be restrictive for the amount of cooling you get (i.e. one bigger IC would flow better and cool the same).

yeah I thought it might be more restrictive than the cooling would be worth, thanks for the advice. Well... I got an extra intercooler....

Try running them in parallel if you have room. Less pressure drop, less velocity allows more time to cool, etc.
