I'm running a -10 drain on mines and it was a B@#ch to get on. P.S.- I think we're running almost the same setup except for turbo size...I'm running the SRx7 stage 2 and I'm planning on 10's in the 1/4.

UPDATE: I received the turbo back on Tuesday. Turbonetics repaired the turbo and also paid for shipping both ways 2nd day air. Im quite pleased with the results. For the first time the engine shows no sign of smoke what-so-ever.

An owner of a turbo rebuild shop i trust very much gave me a brief low down on turbonetics.

Back in the day they made extremely good turbo chargers, the quality was on par to garrett or better. Ever since they started expanding, he told me their service and quality have dropped exponentially. They still offer warranty. They rush turbos out hte door with poor quality choosing to make a profit by pushing quantity and rely on the warannty to make things right.

I wouldn't say they rush things out the door.
I ordered a 62-1 from them in January.
I wanted it color coated, red. They screwed that process up 2 times and finally gave up. That was over a month ago.
The back half of the turbo has been done for 2 1/2 months! Finally I told them to ship that out to me without the compressor housing which was supposed to be polished now, since they could not do the color coating.
They confirmed the back half of the turbo would be overnighted to me. I started tearing my car apart and even took 3 days off work to get it done. Guess what? NO turbo!!!! I called them up and asked my salesman where it was? He said it's sitting right here! The shipping dept. had neglected to send it! I was furious! I told him that it better be in my hands tomorrow or forget the whole deal! It showed up the next day.
I put everything together and had a friend who is leaving for the Air Force weld up a downpipe for me.
The polished housings were supposed to be done last Tuesday. Guess what? They weren't! So my car sits in my friends garage. My friend will be gone for six months. He is leaving in 3 days!
I called them and asked them to send me a housing unpolished overnight. My salesman assured me they would! Next day arrives. Guess what? No housing!
I called him up and he said "it shipped!" and gave me the tracking number.
The stupid mother ******* sent it regular ground!!!!
I will NEVER do business with these clowns again!
They don't know their *** from a hole in the ground!

Well I have ordered from them and only have a few complaints. Granted it was ordered during christmas.

First

They said the polished turbo compressor was included in the price. It wasn't.

The turbo was more then I was quoted
The WG was more then I quoted

Due to miscommunication the turbo came dry not wet and dry. I shipped it back and got the wet and dry housing. No big deal since it was winter and was no hurry to install it and it didn;t take long at all for this exchange.

Over all they were friendly and I did get the turbo but the price was a bitch. Figured for the argument it was not worth it.
