Does anyone on here by chance have a good diagram or good instructions on how to wire the turbo solenoid in front of the EFR 8374 and wire it into the back of the Power FC? I have seen one diagram but its kind of confusing?

 

Wire it to the precontrol connector. Its the one with the blue wire and a yellow tracer. Polarity matters. For whatever reason the efr solenoid seems sensitive to it. Power wire is the black/white. Blue/yellow is the ground.

 

Where is the pre control connector? I am no expert at this wiring stuff and I turn the power fc around and look at the back side and from the wire diagram i have it just doesn't seem to match up?

 

I found the pre control on the back of the power fc, but the wires on my solenoid both look white?

 

The precontrol solenoid connector is going to have a blue wire with a yellow tracer. The wastegate solenoid connector which looks the same has a blue wire with a white tracer. Both connectors have a black/white wire which is switched 12v. With age and heat the wire colors can fade. I would grab the service manual and a volt meter, and do a continuity test from the connector to the ecu to make sure you are on the correct wire.
