turbo question compressure sizes

turbo question compressor sizes
The messurements i took last time i had turbo off
Its a t4 turbonetics t70 this
I wanted to no what info do i need to use the housings but change core
I wanted to change to the ceramic ballbearings
Im unsure if ive caluclated incorrect
Does the numbers look right for this turbo ?
I calculated trims to be T=49.8
Compressor
Inducer = 69.08
Exducer= 97.81
Trim =135.7
Exhaust side
Inducer = 63.68
Exducer = 74.20
Also a 13b engine with a gtx3076r turbo with suporting mods can that turbo make 450whp ? Easy
