Turbo Not spinning when trying to start car..
I need to know if thats normal or not. Also what could that be and how to check. My ecu keeps spitting out 12v from the trailing coil pinout and now i have no spark this is the second time its happened so obviously something is causing it.

motor's done, junk it...
seriously though, why do you think that the turbo fan blade not spinning during cranking is an indication of anything at all?
the stock FC turbo is not ball bearing it is a bronze journal bearing and generally will only start spinning after the engine is running unless it is worn. also this section is for upgraded single turbo FCs, converted single turbo FDs and converted turbo FBs. most people will ignore posts about stock car diagnosis.
