Whats a good turbo to replace the stock one it has a 255 fuel pump SSAC 3" turbo back 690cc secondaries

 

Well since you're saying "THE" turbo, SS auto chrome and injectors from an EFI 1st gen (which BTW are 680cc), I'm going to presume you own an FC?

Best one to replace a stock turbo would be another stock turbo.

Mild upgrade would be any of the low stage BNR turbos. I would recomend getting some engine management at that point as well....
