Turbo kits..... Need help.

Hi, I'm Ready to upgrade my 88 t2 fc with a nice little turbo. The problem is that sometimes there's too many options and I'm getting a little confused on what I've read. I want to produce around 450 hp. doesn't have to be as much, but I want something that will allow me to if I want. Depends how I feel. Lol. Now I'm not sure if it's better to buy a kit or get everything separate. I know the pricing may differ, but if that wasn't the case then I would like to get some opinions on what's better. One example of a kit I've been looking into is this

I like the kit and feel it's really nice. I just want to make sure before I drop 3grand on something. If I buy everything separate. I know where to get the turbos and all the other stuff, but if you guys know of any places that have good quality manifolds and downpipes please let me know.
Another thing would be the exhaust housing on the turbo. I know that on the gt35r I could usually choose that. What would you guys recommend.
If it helps I'm street ported with the essentials and it's not my daily driver. thanks. Appreciate any feedback.

Gt35R is a pretty good all around turbo for 4-450rwhp. 500rwhp can be done when pushed hard(20+psi). We sell several different journal bearing version if price is of issue also. All our are kits are completely customizable. Just shoot me a PM if you are interested with your realistic goals, budget and use of the vehicle. We have most of these items in stock too.

Generally they are 3.5" downpipes, helps will spool and overall power especially past 15psi. Like I said, if you know what your goals are we can build something around your needs.
