is this turbo kit worth it?
a very well known drag racer in my country Dominican republic is selling me the turbo that is currently in is FC.
is a turbonetics t70 turbine
custom stainless steel manifold made in puerto rico by Oso (the bear)
turbonetics 50mm wastegate
custom downpipe
the turbo is pushing 550whp @30 psi on his car. it can 8.8 1/4 mile with alcohol.
all this setup for 1700 dollars. is it worth it? i have an fd and looking for 400whp. does this turbine spool fast? i already have power fc,v mount intercooler, walbro pump. i would just have to upgrade my injectors to 1600cc top feed.

the problem with buying used turbos is that you do not knwo what kind of beating they gave it already and if theres any debris that flowed through the turbo bearings from the oil. I think its a little expensive for used parts....

8.8et? wow that is freaking fast for only 550rwhp...i would varify all the claims and check for wheel play.. also your forgetting about fuel and management set up to make it run correctly.
