Turbine fin shot

Brought my car into the shop to get a rebuild done, as the guy is taking the engine out he notices that one of the fins on the turbine is bad. Does anyone know roughly how much it will be to rebuild it?

Stock turbos are not worth rebuilding as they almost always fail prematurely. Either find a known good used set, or upgrade to a set of 99 turbos or BNRs. I deal with both.
