Ideally,

Manifold
Downpipe
Wastegate
Lines/fittings to suit above items
Fuel upgrades
Intercooler
Clutch
Exhaust
ECU (+ tuning)

Use the search function (https://www.rx7club.com/search.php). There is quite a bit of info on going single turbo.

Aside from the typical search comments, which are good advice, I spent more than 300$ on miscellaneous lines, wires, etc. It's a project so there will be many unforseen small expenses. Especially annoying are thing that need to be replaced. They might work bow but removing them or altering your car breaks them. Then you have more to buy. Like wiring harness connectors or bolts and so on.

usually when you go single you increase power. The stock clutch isn't designed for a lot more than stock, trust me, you don't want a clutch to explode.

Question You are serious?

OP,

Perhaps using "gonna" or "prolly" don't show up in the search dictionary since it isn't proper English.

A simple search of "single turbo conversion cost" revealed these threads:

https://www.rx7club.com/search.php?searchid=8372813

There were several threads in there that had great posts that identified costs of each component. Or, you could have pulled someone's build thread to see what it cost them. Lastly, you could have seen someone's post with all the items that are required (no costs listed), and then gone to Aspec, RX-7 store, and any other turbo supplier to see prices of bit-piece-parts (fittings, lines, etc). But I guess that would have required too much work on your end. I know you want to be "SPOON FED" the info.

For someone that says he has been in the rotary game since he was a kid, your posts certainly lead me to believe you haven't learned much in that time.

At what point are you going to learn to help yourself???

Question Really?

Sure you don't talk that way? Taken from your engine bay cleaning thread:

it was sitting for a while....without a hood... Was supposed to Pull engine (way back) never happened..... lol.....its whatever...im gona clean it up/pull the engine out.

More of that in your Boba thread in the West. Again, those terms won't show up when utilizing search, but that doesn't matter to you since you readily admit you don't search.

Like people have mentioned before, no one minds helping, but you need to make an attempt to do some research on your own BEFORE posting a thread.

Ok, off my soapbox (at least for a few hours).

like i said..i do this for the sake of Conversation....not so much Content... Cleaning an Engine bay isnt Rocket science... but i have nothing better to do then make Threads and ask Stupid Questions to try and get to know whos cool and whos a dousch....but everybody is antisocial here so whatever.

im not going to argue with a 50 year old....

close Thread Please.... or keep it open i dont care....

caredden can just talk to himself....

people on this forum aren't anti-social, and do like conversation. But when you've been here for years and have to answer the same questions over and over and over again, it gets old, real fast. Especially when people come and expect to be spoon-fed everything they want to know without contributing anything, multiply that times the hundreds of new people joining, and you get frustrated members.
