Tso4 or T-70

I recently purchased a T-70 ceramic ball bearing turbo with .69 in the turbine housing and i also have a ts04 thrust beeaing turbo .89... by the way this is a single turbo setup...
im wandering if i want good amount of power and i want to be able to fool around on open roads and street lights but also want to run a good time at the strip. the tso4 fits perfectly in my car but the t-70 needs a tang housing to fit because it hit s the firewall with the oncenter setup both turbos need a rebuild... wanted to know what you guys think i should do...

Of those two, I think the TS04 would be the better pick and here's why I think that:

1 - .69 housing vs .89 housing... .69 is awfully small for a rotary.

2 - t70 vs ts04... ts04 is more streetable in my opinion... t70 has more potential for top end, but you will never see the benefit of that if you have a small .69 housing.

I put a super T70 on my 93. The power above 4500-5000K rpms was insane. Low end had a bit to be desired until it kicked in and I forgot all about it.
