Masterpower T-70 setup questions

Hey guys i'm doing a motor build/single turbo upgrade at the same time, and i plan on either doing a street-port or a half bridge-port, and want to run a masterpower T-70 turbo with a .96 hotside and a tial 40mm wastegate on a full three inch exhaust. I want to get the quickest spool time i can out of this setup and i want to boost around 10psi on the street and like 15-17 psi at the track. i'm running a walboro 255 fuel pump, 1600cc secondaries, and 800cc primaries for my fuel and a haltech e6k for my EMS. Would my wastegate be too small for this setup? and what manifold out there for the FC would be best for my setup? it just seems kind of hard to find a name brand manifold out there that keeps the boost creep effect down and is a good quality manifold. i'm only looking for like 400whp, any input would be appreciated, thanks.

as far as manifold, talk to Jim at JPR Imports in Blackwood, NJ. They made me a very nice manifold that is set up for the BW S372 turbo.

A-Spec and Turblown are both on the forum and both make great manifolds that will accomplish everything you ask and more. Contact either or both of them and they can help you out. 10psi on the street w/ a 40mm TiAl shouldn't be too much an issue with a well-built manifold. They may recommend going to a larger 44mm TiAl, but that I'm not sure.
