i have an old hks to4 which is in need of a rebuild. front housing is 0.7 and the exhaust housing is 0.84. unsure on the wheel specs. how could i go about high flowing in the search of 350-400rwhp?

Give your motor a good port, swap the .84 for a 1.0 housing, make sure that exhaust turbine is a P-trim and you should be there.
