Hello all. I am looking at purchasing an engine that already has a turbo installed, and the only information I have got on the turbo is that its a ,"To4 18mm wheel wastegate is a 42".

I know that that means the wastegate is 42mm wide, but what is a To4 18mm? Is that considered large or small?
