Hey all,

I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find the vacuum nozzles that screw into the Tial wastegates and blow off valves. I had the top of the wastegate vented to the atmosphere and the nozzle and bolt must have vibrated loose and came off.

I need it to run my boost controller...

 

tial or one of their dealers is really the only place to get the air fittings, that is, if you want an original piece.

if you dont really care that it looks like an original tial part then you can just find out the thread pitch (M10x1.0 i believe) and get a banjo bolt and a fitting

 

I found them at ATP Turbo for $19... a lot of money for a bolt and fitting...but oh well. Guess I have to pay it.

Is this the fitting that goes on the top of the wastegate (I have a Tial 38mm)???? I need this fitting ASAP!! Scrub was trying to install my Profec Type S, and we found YET AGAIN another **** up by the infamous Ray Wilson owned PFS of MD. Speaking with a respectable tuner shop in our area who works on many cars, they said this fitting is like "gold" to find and most of the time kept by the shop! I need this fitting for install of the Profec and the car gets tuned next saturday morning.

why is that gold? Just get another one from tial. Actually they won't sell you **** but they will tell you who can. Thats how i got my mounting hardware. Good luck and i've always heard good things about pfs. Oh well.

 

Yes that is the fitting on the top port of the wastegate. As said before, go to ATP turbo. They have the fittings. I actually will be purchasing mine from Elliot (1revvin7) locally.

 

Man, that is a pretty looking wastegate, yummy. Made in the USA too
