Tial BOV (search doesnt show same symptom)

New BOV got original spring , read the threads here bought another with the 7lbs. It the same color and feel as the one that came with it.
So I got it on the new motor and vacume sourced straight to the front nipple on the UIM. The BOV floats open with the high (1200) idle. It plunges open and wide open . It does close under boost. Is the spring too soft. My last BOV 's didnt open or "float" while idling.
Ported motor and just started it .

I have heard of this happening with a lot of people that are running the Tial BOV. I don't think that it adversely affects anything though. As long as it's still working properly under boost and still venting off pressure when you let off the accelerator then I wouldn't worry at all.
