Your best bet is to get a rectangular HKS 40mm flange, weld a short pipe between it and the new style flange you need. We have run into the same problem, which is why we are making 95% of all our manifolds for cars now, especially since the FC cast from HKS isn't available anymore.

Very interesting stuff in this thread! This has made me rethink my HKS 40mm wastegate, and im going to sell it (locally).

Now im going to go with a GReddy 47mm, how come no comments about GReddy wastegates in this thread?
