A tach for your turbo

have you guys seen one of these yet?

I would think that a tach to see the exact rpms of your compressor wheel would allow for some exact turbo sizing and tuning for the sweet spot for your turbo.

i just wanted to spread the word at what i found. there is contact info on the pic if you want to talk to them about it.

i know the company and they are good people. I mean, they do make stuff for the space station after all...

It seems like a year ago there was a several page thread about this. I had seen a turbo - tach years back but never could find it again. This does look intresting though! Nice find...I had given up.

--------
Just got off the phone with them and it sounds like $129 for the sensor, $39 for a wire harness, $40 for the thingy that outputs the data, and $180 for a gauge. However, the output is 0-5V so I guess you could do what ever on the output. He said he was making a new price sheet and new product sheet and would email it to me in around two weeks.
