I'm looking to get my T78 turbo rebuilt (mitsubishi i believe). Is there any place in the north east that can do this? I've been searching and found places in FL, TX, and AZ, but haven't really found anything in the North East (more specifically CT or NY)

I'd like it to be close by because I want to have the hotside ceramic coated and the intake side polished or powdercoated. There's not much play, but the fins are beat up and it doesn't spool until just after 4k rpm.

I've also heard of an upgrade, but not really sure what that is, can anyone shed some light on this?
