t72 manifold? What size wastegate?

t72 manifold? What size wastegate?
Alright two part question, Where can I get a manifold for a t72, DON"T want to spend $600-$800 on a manifold . Also what size wastegate would you guys recommend. Is a turbosmart 45mm big enough, or should I go with the HKS 50mm.

might as well get the larger, it'll help you control the boost at lower pressure levels. Which can be helpfull if your trying to tune and you want to start low and work up
