Question T60 or T04S

Is the Garrett T60 turbo similar to the XS T04S? If so, which is a better turbo for quicker spool-up and more low end power? If there is a difference, is it a big difference?
Thanks,
Erik

Garrett doesn't have a wheel called the "T60". Turbonetics has a series of turbos called the "T60 series" which is the Garrett 60-1 and 62-1 compressors. The XS T04S uses the Garrett 60-1 wheel. IN OTHER WORDS.... THERE THE SAME EXACT THING. 60-1 aka T04S, T60, T60-1, 60-1 HiFi (the HiFi comes with different comp housing). Its all been getting confused by people, there really should be a write up.

I'll put it another way...

if you buy a 60-1 wheel in a 0.70 housing with a 4 inch inlet, a P trim turbine in a 1.00 A/R exhaust housing... you've pretty much GOT a T04S like the one XS Eng sells. The nice part about getting the XS kit is that it's a KIT, so you get all the other junk you need to bolt it on there like the manifold, downpipe, intake pipe, blow off valve...

I've HEARD that a "T04R" is really just a T04S with the 62-1 wheel and compressor housing... dunno if that's true or not but that's what I've heard.
