i am thinking about getting this turbo but i was wanting to know if i had to weld a v-band flange on the hot side???? im not too sure on this but i know my buddy with a 7 just did his but he had to use a 5 bolt flange.

yea you have to weld one on.

 

Ya as stated above you need to weld on the rear clamp system you want.

V band flange, 4 bolt , 5 bolt etc.

Also before purchashing you might want to quickly seatch in the single turbo section regarding the ssautocrome turbos and xs power.

for starters 1.05 on a P trim wheel is great for rapid spool????? I don't think so
stage V brand new????? stage V brand new what? both of these are totally different exhaust wheels. one you would find on a mid sized to4e styled turbo, and one you would find on a to4b..... so which is it? is this some wonder turbo that somehow has two turbine wheels ????

he is basically throwing out buzz words in an attempt to seem legitimate.

please, please buy this turbo now, so we can listeen to you whine and cry later about how nothing works right and its all somebody elses fault. We love the whole EMO thing when the crying starts, hell just slash your wrists now and get it over with.

**** i just realized that you are on an AFB. gawd I hope you are not the best example the Air Force has to offer now days.

 

It will be the same turbo just without the logo, dont be fouled into thinking its any better. if this turbo is more expencive than the xspower model then you are just paying more for the same item with out the logo. Any importer that buys bulk items from china can have there own brand stamped on it at no extra charge. hence this is the same just different supplier.
