T4 manifold on Ebay, something to think about?
Hy guys, found this one on ebay. Is it soemthing to think about?
I just got an offer for a Gt3540 turbo which I might buy.
Will this fit together? Normally I think it does.
any specifics I need to look out for? divided, non divided?

Pure theoretical: is it possile to instal a single turbo let's say the gt 3540) with correct manifold and DP.
tune it with a PFC and run it like that (not forgetting the boost controller off course)
not running it over stock boost (10psi), block plates and vacuum rerouting
And adding lateron a better IC,

Sorry, i must have been really numb when I wrote that one up.
Basicly I mean that I have the possiblitly to go for single.
But only with strictly single parts as manifold, turbo, DP and some custom tubing to connect everything.
Maybe dropping in an after market intercooler is an option (for now)
Main reason I would want to do this is because of the fact that I have some interesting deals and on the other side I've lost my confident in my twins.
What I meant was... is it possible to go for a single setup with just these parts ?
Adding a boost controller and Halltech/PFC to tune it.
I know it's far from the best setup, but for the moent the only possible one.
Don't shoot me plz

Speedworks- if you're interested, I have a single turbo manifold that I will sell for $225 USD plus actual shipping. It has a T4 flange, and provisions for a 40-45mm wastegate. HUGE (a little over 55mm) primaries. I have pics if you'd like to see them.
you're totally right to do it all at once but that would mean putting the car away for a year or so. considering the high taxes here that's a complete waste of money.
I'm just looking at the possbilities to be able to drive the car, not necessarly at max power from day one.
