I'm going single t04s, and was wonder will I be able to get 450rwhp on a stock motor running 15 to 20lbs of boost

to go over 17.5PSI you need the PFC Boost Control kit...

I'm going with the new datalogic for the pfc and with a 3bar map sensor.
