Angry T04R oil leak on exhaust side

Well... the hotside of the turbo is leaking oil into my downpipe and various areas.

I dont want or have the money to get another turbo (another T04R, GT35R, etc.) so where can I send in my Garrett T04R for a rebuild? I just need them to replace the gasket/seal and ****.

I need a place that does a good job rebuilding, rebalancing, and etc. but wont cost me the price of another turbo (or even half actually).

any suggestions?

if the only bad part its the turbine oil seal get one and do it yourself its not that hard, you wont need to rebalance the assembly cause you are not changing any of the rotating assembly main parts(shaft, wheel, etc)try to get one of the staggered fit desing seals so you get a perfect seal.

I want a professional to open it up and inspect what needs to be done. Thanks for the input though.

I have been using Majestic Turbo for years. They are very competent at what they do. Fast turn around usually 24 hrs. Pretty good customer service as well.

That is a fix, only if your putting to much pressure to the CHRA,

i tried running my t04s unrestricted on my cosmo re which led to oil comming out both the compreser and exhaust side so i have to run a restrictor aswell
