t04e will this one be ok (FD3S)?
just wondering if you turbo heads can take a quick look over the spec and let me no if it will be ok to run on a fd to achieve about 350 bhp- or whats its max power and at what boost? ideally i dont want to go over a bar

With a 3" exhaust, properly sized IC, and tuning, I personally think it would come close to 350whp at 15psi with a proper A/R. Porting will definitely help.
Below are specs on a T3 GT35R. I made 386whp @ 15psi on a stock port engine with a 1.06 a/r. As you can see, they are similar. The T4 divided will help you. I would message the seller to find out what A/R that turbine housing is. A 1.00+ is desired. Rotaries like bigger A/R's, as a piston engine typically runs lower like a .84.
