T04B Turbocharger?

Anyone had any experiences with a T04B Turbocharger specifically a .60 A/R Compressor with a 1.15 AR Turbine. Im looking at the one at rotary works, but want some opinions first. It would be going on a rebuilt streetported engine, with 720cc injectors walbro 255 fuel pump, downpipe, stock exhaust manifold, 2 top mount intercoolers turned into front, greddy bov, tial wastegate. Shooting for around 280-400hp. These parts are still out there to be changed so feedback is much appreciated. I am looking to drift the car so I want to know if it is a good choice for drifting. This is a budget build and am not prepared to drop anything over 1k for a turbo.

You will want bigger secondary injectors, unless you are planning on running 6psi.
That turbine a/r is a little big for those power levels and purpose. Assuming your are using a S5 turbo manifold( divided) and adapting it to a T4 I would use a .84 turbine a/r with this turbo;
