I need a little help guys. I am building a couple hybrid turbos (since I have them laying around) and I need some advise.

I am starting with the stock turbos (S5 TII-Hitachi HR-18S), and need to know what size compressor wheel and which housings to get.

What is the difference between T04E and T04B? Which one is preffered?

What size wheel should I use to aim for low 300hp?

I am basically building a couple Stage 3 BNR's. I need to know so I can order the parts and get to work.

And yes I am completely rebuilding the center sections, and they are going to be balanced locally.
