Does anyone know the size and thread pitch of the bolts that clamp the turbine/comp housings to the CHRA on a T04Z?

I can't find anyone in the UK to supply them and don't particularly want to pay for shipping from the US on six bolts.

 

Which turbine housing are you using?

 

 

I'm not certain on the T04Z but on my T04R it has M8 x 1.25 pitch, 16mm length bolts. Make sure you get high heat bolts, I think the Garrett part # is 400677-0816.

 

Do they use a standard size spanner/socket? I was guessing they were imperial because the hex head is an odd size. 12mm too small, 13mm too big, 7/16 too small, 1/2 too big. The 1/2 fitted best, but it was touch and go on rounding them off.
