Arrow for t-78 wich is beter to move air volum fmic or smic

i have a race spec smic wanted to know how much air can i move and would the race spec smic be ok with the t78

i have the ARC race spec IC and its dem. 12 h x 13.5 core x 4 inch thick ill get the specs on the volume of air thats why i needed to know the soecs for the 7 t-78, some say i can use it some say i cant, someone who really knows will do me some good,

Thats not very big. It would get heat soaked fairly quick. But if your on the street only and dont road race or drag race, you should be ok.
If you want to be safe, get an ASP large, v-mount, or FMIC.

thank ernie T the only real reason why i wanted to know is because the ARC race spec is suppose to the top dog as far as all the smic goes and its suppose to be ok for single but i didnt know about the t-78 and yes its for the street, only really race on highways

ERNIES THE MAN!, it will probably get heat soaked fairly quick. Get a greddy 3 row and youll be good to go

If thats what your going to use it for, then it will be fine for you.
